Our collections focus is the Mid-Willamette Valley, with the majority of materials documenting areas within Marion County, Oregon and the greater Salem area.  We also have significant collections of materials related to the Methodist Mission to Oregon and Oregon’s Textile Industries.  We have five collections storage facilities on site housing everything from three-dimensional materials to photographs.  We do our best to accommodate access to materials in our collection, but cannot guarantee that materials can be made accessible at all times.  Advance notice of your arrival can help us improve the chances the materials you are interested in could be available.  For best service, please contact us at least two weeks in advance.
